seeNsong (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established and disclosed this Privacy Policy as follows in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related complaints.

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than those specified below, and if the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent.

  • Product sourcing, price negotiation, purchase, transportation, customs clearance agency, and delivery services
  • Handling complaints related to requests and customer management

Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)

① The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information under relevant laws or the period consented to by the data subject.
② The respective processing and retention periods for personal information are as follows.

  • Related to purchase agency: 5 years after completion of agency (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.)
  • Related to complaint handling: 3 years
  • In case of violation of relevant laws: Retained in accordance with relevant laws

  • Purpose of provision: Product purchase, transportation, and customs clearance
  • Items provided: Minimum necessary items such as company name, contact person name, contact information, delivery address, etc.
  • Retention and use period: Destroyed after achievement of purpose
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)

The Company entrusts some tasks necessary for service provision to external parties.

  • Entrusted tasks: Transportation, customs clearance, etc.
Article 6 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercise)

Data subjects may exercise rights such as access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.
